Welcome
to our community of ....

this picture taken from
the Lake County Leader.
The Native Americans named
this place Spring Creek when the first trading post was built
in 1883. In 1885 name of the town was changed to Ronan Springs
in honor of the Peter Ronan the Indian agent who worked with tribes
from 1873 to 1892.
In 1912, half of the town
burned from a fire that broke out in the automobile garage of
Crawford & Clairmont during one of the worst wind storms of
the season.
Well, the town is still thriving
today with alot of community support as well as the continued
support from the businesses of Ronan.
